CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand sometimes unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation and/or rescheduling can be made up to 12 hours before your appointment start time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment you will be expected to pay a $25 cancellation fee. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment through the online booking system please text or email.

I will provide clean sheets, blankets, face pillow covers and bolster pillows for every session.

I will sanitize my hands before and after each session.

I will sanitize all the bowls, strikers and sound instruments for each client visit.
