These 60 minute sessions are based upon traditional Himalayan singing bowl sound practices created by Nepal native, Suren Shrestha. You can choose from the following: Two Bowl Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, Heart's Intention, Chakra Balancing, Emotional Release and or Serenity protocols. Using various traditional therapies with other protocols such as craniosacral, reiki and aromatherapy a customized session is created especially for you. These sessions are perfect for when you have specific needs which need several elements from various modalities.
1hr Couple Vibrational Sound Bath $155
Traditional Tibetan Bowls used to aid in whole body energy alignment with a partner, friend or family member. These 60 minute sessions are based upon traditional Himalayan singing bowl sound practices created by Nepal native, Suren Shrestha. You can choose from the following: Relaxation Therapy, Chakra Balancing, Emotional Release and or Serenity protocols. These sessions are perfect for sharing your space with someone you care about.
1hr Warm Water Vibrational Sound Therapy $145
Warm water inside bowls as they are played on front and back side of the body. This technique penetrates specific areas of the body suffering from pain, tension, tightness and cramping. Sound travels 4x faster in water than in air. Warm water is placed inside bowls and are rubbed to create deep penetration of the vibrations. This therapy can be applied to feet, legs, abdomen, chest, arms, hands, joints, shoulders and back.
Reiki Healing Options
Reiki means Universal Life Force. Reiki is a very specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.” In a Reiki session, the practitioner is seeking to send and move Universal Life Energy to the client.
The intention is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms you may be experiencing.
