Traditional Vibrational Sound Bath

Sessions are based on the traditional Himalayan sound practices by Atma Buti®. Sessions are 30min or 1 hour and include craniosacral work.

Customized Vibrational Sound Bath

These customized sessions are perfect when you have a combination of needs which can utilize several elements from various modalities including sound, warm water therapy, reiki, aromatherapy, and crystals. Sessions are 1 hour and include craniosacral work.

Warm Water Vibrational Sound Therapy

Warm water is placed inside the bowls which is rubbed to create vibrations. Warm water therapy is perfect for when you have specific areas of the body sore from pain, tension, tightness or cramping. This technique can be applied to the feet, legs, abdomen, chest, arms, shoulders, hands, joints and back.  30 Minute  sessions are conducted on the front and 30 minutes on the back side of the body.  All warm water therapy sessions include craniosacral work.

Group sound Bath Session

One hour group sound bath sessions are available for 3 to 10 people. Participants lay on the floor with their heads towards the bowls and are surrounded in sound vibrations while being walked through a guided meditation. Please email for a quote.

Private In-Home Sound Bath Session

If you prefer to have one of our sessions in the comfort of your own home we do offer a mobile service.

All private in-home mobile services require a 1 hour minimum session.

Reiki Healing

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. 


Reiki Healing can be done with or without sound therapy.


Reiki sessions can last 30 to 60 minutes.

THE SOUND SESSION

​

The Himalayan Healing Sound sessions last anywhere from 30 min to 1 hours depending on your service.  


Before we begin, I will thoroughly clean and disinfect the room, our hands, bowls and put clean sheets, blanket and pillow covers on the massage table.


Once I have taken a few moments to gather your paperwork and discuss your needs I will ask you to lay on the massage table. During this time we will set your intentions as it's a crucial part of the healing process. Both of our intentions will direct and guide the sound as it travels through your body.


I will take a few minutes to adjust your body with pillows and bolsters. Once you are comfortable, we will begin to setup the bowls on and/or around your body. Depending on the therapy there can be anywhere from 2 to 7 bowls used during a single session. If you are not comfortable with a bowl on your body, please let me know.


There will be light touching (no tissue manipulation) during each session. We start with gentle craniosacral touch around your neck, scalp and temples to help calm the mind. At the end of the session we do light touching and aromatherapy to bring you back from your deep relaxed state.


My goal is to make sure you are 100% comfortable for your session so it's important for you communicate any tension or uncomfortableness you are feeling in order to address your concerns immediately.

Depending on your needs some sessions will incorporate warm water bowl therapy. This is a very powerful and soothing therapy as warm water is placed inside the bowls and then are vibrated as they are placed on your body.

How to Prepare

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
Here are some things we recommend for your session in order to provide you the best experience possible.


IMPORTANT before we can start your session you must fill out our waiver agreement.

​

Please wear comfortable clothing preferably without buttons or zippers, as too much material and metal can interfere with the movement of the bowls.

​

Please bring water for after the session to help with hydration.

​

Please try to eat at least a few hours before your appointment, you will benefit most if your body's energy is not busy digesting food. 

​

Please bring warm socks if your feet tend to get cold.

​

Please turn off your cell phone for the session.

​

Please make sure we know about any physical issues you might have such as: metal in the body, pregnancy, pace maker, hearing aid, etc.​
