A meditation labyrinth is a peaceful maze where you walk slowly, following a winding path to its center and then back out again. It's a serene environment that encourages you to quiet your mind, focus inward, and find tranquility as you move through its pattern.

I recently went to a labyrinth in Princeton, it wasn’t large, but it was perfect. I went with my mom and a close friend. We each set an intention and walked with space after one another. It was so great to pay attention to the moment. There was not a sign of worrying about tomorrow or yesterday and just getting to the destination. We don’t worry about the outcome and once we were in the center we along with others were able to leave little gifts. We followed the same format on the way out. it was a beautiful afternoon and I highly recommend trying it. This particular location was in Princeton NJ. https://drgreenway.org/labyrinth/
